Viking Invasions 700-1000 AD

I’ve been in Europe for about an hour now, I’m getting pretty bored and I don’t know what to do in my tomb. So I decided to go out with Makayla, a fellow european blogger and explore things in Europe. I’m pretty interested in European history when I was back in 2015, so now Makayla and I are going to actually experience it in Europe, during the middle ages!

First, Makayla and I went to a community in France to interview people about European history, when we finally got there we split up to interview more people. I went North and Makayla went South, I interviewed a few people before something sounded interesting, it was, Viking invasions, in fact one has happened a little bit before we got here, they told me. Then when Makayla and I met up again, I told her about the viking invasions and she told me about the religion. But we both wanted to research more about our own new discoveries. We didn’t know how to figure out which one to go research so we decided to split up again, that way both of us could investigate what we want too.

Then, I went to a neighborhood in France to ask more questions, first I asked a woman named Eva, “what even is a Viking?“ She replied “ Vikings are people who live in Northern Europe.” Then I asked a few more questions, and I was off to the person. The next person was a man who looked older than the rest in the community; he knew a lot about Vikings and told me that the Vikings have a bad reputation as barbarians because they were known to attack monasteries when they raided. Then I went to one last person and asked if they knew any Vikings, ( not personally). He answered “ Yea, I know of Rollo, Olaf Tryggvesson, Cnut the Great, and Leif Eriksson” When he was finished telling me about the four people I thanked him and went back to my tomb. I did some research about the 4 vikings. I found out where they were born, where they died, their full name, their spouse, their parents, their children, ect...
